Personality answers: Who in your character's canon influenced the most growth in your character? What do they think about this character?
Yuji's closest relationship is that with his classmate, Megumi Fushiguro, and it's saving Megumi that gave him a reason to keep on fighting and a reason to dedicate himself to survival even when he wanted to give up and perish. In canon, he has gone as far as to say he would "eat anything" to save Megumi, and this was proven true as he literally consumed his own brothers in his quest to free Megumi from being a vessel. It's because of Megumi that Yuji was able to keep fighting despite almost dying multiple times, and helped to keep pushing him to grow stronger and stronger and overcome his misery, his grief and his pain. It was that single-minded focus that allowed Yuji to eventually overcome Sukuna and end up as the victor.

His thoughts when it comes to Megumi are as simple as Yuji himself can be: "It would be lonely without you, Fushiguro." Megumi is Yuji's best friend, someone whose strength and courage has inspired him, and has given Yuji more and more purpose in his life. Without Megumi, Yuji would have given up on everything and let himself disappear; it was Megumi asking him to "start by saving [him]" that shaped his focus and his dogged determination to come out as a victor.
Explain which event in canon is most pivotal to your character's development, and who they are today.
The most pivotal event for Yuji was the moment he ate Sukuna's finger and became a vessel. Although unaware that he was literally bred to be the perfect vessel for Sukuna by his mother(/father) Kenjaku, he ate the finger because the risk of having other people die was too high a price for him to pay. Eating the finger truly highlighted what kind of person Yuji is at his core: a good, heroic person who truly wanted to do some good in the world. It also highlights the fact that he is an act-first, think-later kind of person, as there was only a one in a million chance that he would actually be able to contain Sukuna.

Eating the finger kickstarted Yuji's journey as a sorcerer, but it also brought to home the promise he had made to himself and his grandfather - that he wanted to do good in the world, and use his strength to help people, and save as many as he could, no matter what. He wanted to be able to use what was a strange and unnatural strength to keep a promise to his grandfather, and eating the finger gave him the strength to do that - at the cost of having Sukuna living inside of him.
What is your character most afraid of?
Yuji is terrified of losing more people he cares about. The list of people that he loves that he has lost is a painfully high number, which makes him all the more terrified of letting go of those that he has left. It's the reason why he fought so hard in the final battle against Sukuna - the need to protect the others, the need to ensure that no one else has to suffer, and so that he doesn't have to lose others. He would gladly give up his life if it meant that other people were able to live, and it's only in recent weeks after the battle with Sukuna that he has begun to have any desire to keep living, surrounded by his friends once more.

It's this fear of losing people that has both destroyed him and given him more and more strength. In Shibuya, after losing Nanami and Kugisaki, witnessing his body murder thousands of people, he had been more than willing to let himself die because the pain and fear had been too much for him. It's the fear of losing Megumi that had him risking everything, including his nature as a human, in order to save him - because the alternative was entirely unthinkable for him.
What would it take to truly upset your character, enough that they would act upon their feelings? Are they the sort to forgive?
Yuji is almost an unfailingly forgiving person; he's forgiven Choso for almost murdering him, Todo for beating him half to death, and various other people in canon for fighting with him and leaving him grievously injured and hurt. Forgiveness is easy for him, because he's the kind of selfless person that doesn't even think twice about it. What is unforgivable to him, as state explicitly by the author, is "vomit-inducing evil". Yuji is explicitly unable to forgive people who are evil for the sake of it, who commit horrific crimes and tortures just for the sake of it, and he's never been able to work past that.

One clear example of that is his feelings towards Mahito, a curse who hurt other people and murdered them simply because it was his nature. Yuji was never able to forgive him for what he did, and worked for weeks to do whatever was possible to defeat him. This is also clear with Sukuna as well - Yuji offered him a chance to earn penance for the evil he had done, for what he had done to Megumi, and to come back to be inside him instead, but Sukuna refused. Yuji was then left with the only option: to kill him. Evil, or committing acts without remorse, is unforgivable to him, and he has never been able to let go of that.
Inventory: A photograph of him and Megumi; his cursed tool that hides his missing fingers.

Powers/Abilities:
Cursed Energy: Yuji has 'cursed energy', the power source in his canon, and he has a huge amount of it due to his body adjusting to being Sukuna's Vessel.
Black Flash: A technique that creates spatial distortion and causes cursed power to flash black, creating a more potent attack to the power of 2.5 of a normal hit. Yuji has broken the records and has been able to use it 8 times in a row, and can use it basically at will.
Superhuman strength: Yuji is incredibly physically strong and has historically been able to destroy walls, lift cars and kick blocks of rubble from a destroyed buildings.
Superhuman speed and reflexes: He is shown to have great speed and can finish a 50-meter track within 3 seconds, implying he can run at speeds of 60.02 km/h (37.3 mph) and been able to dodge the attacks of five separate people at once. He can also dodge things such as Choso's Piercing Blood, which travels at the speed of sound.
Superhuman durability: Yuji's durability surpasses the average sorcerer. He has been punched through buildings, had organs pierced and been cut to pieces and continued to fight without hesitation.
Blood manipultion technique: After consuming Death Painting Wombs No. 4-9, Yuji inherited the Kamo Blood Manipulation technique. His training in Blood Manipulation is limited, as he's only had approximately a month to learn to use it.
Simple domain technique: Thanks to his training with Kusakabe Yuji is able to use the New Shadow Style: Simple Domain. This is an anti-domain technique that erects a small domain complete with a barrier around Yuji to protect him from the effects of a Domain Expansion.
Reverse cursed technique: Yuji has learned how to use Reverse Cursed Technique: using cursed energy and reversing it into positive energy in order to heal oneself.
Shrine and dismantle: Yuji can use Sukuna's technique thanks to being his vessel. He can use Shrine (dashed lines that are cut along those lines) and Dismantle (a slashing attack that he has to do through physical contact).
Domain expansion: Yuji's domain lets him summon a memory of his childhood, including animals, places, etc. The sure-hit effect of this domain attacks Yuji's targets with his soul-rending Dismantle without requiring physical contact.
Cursed object consumption: Lots of Yuji's powers come from him eating cursed objets (Sukuna's finger, the Death Womb Paintings), and Shoko has confimred he is essentially a cursed object himself. Eating cursed things means he inherits the power of that object, since he was bred to be that kind of vessel by Kenjaku.

Player Goals: I think it would be really interesting for Yuji to have to deal with the negative aspects of body horror and transformation again after finally being "free" of Sukuna and the consequences of that. He'd be forced to come to terms with new powers and sensations and mixing that in with lots of new people, which would be a great way to deal with the emotional fallout he's never had time to process in canon. I want him to adjust and overcome, but also to dig into the nitty-gritty of his response to that, forcing him to actually express how he feels and come to terms with it all - especially since the (current) canonmates ingame are all characters that are dead to him, so it comes with that added layer of grief and sadness.
